1. Agreement

By accessing or using Spacles, you agree to these Terms & conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Spacles provides a marketplace that connects clients with beauty and wellness professionals and businesses.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Bookings and payments

When you book a service, you enter into an arrangement with the salon or beautician providing that service. Spacles facilitates discovery, booking, and payment tooling but is not the service provider unless expressly stated.

Prices, availability, and cancellation policies are set by businesses and shown at booking. Refunds and reschedules follow those policies and applicable payment provider rules.

4. Business listings

Professionals and salons who list on Spacles must provide truthful service descriptions, pricing, hours, and portfolio content. You are responsible for the services you deliver and for complying with local laws and licensing requirements.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Spacles: no fraud, harassment, scrapers that harm the service, posting illegal content, or interfering with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers and liability

Spacles is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listing is error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spacles is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services booked through it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the app or email.
